# ZAIA > A stateless API for structured interpretation of questions (question to typed parameters) and answers grounded in sources supplied by the caller. Authorization, search and business rules stay in the caller's backend; the service never fetches source URLs. Connecting a system is an adapter in your backend: define `fields`, call `POST /v1/interpretations`, search your own data with your own authorization and send at most 20 records as `sources` to `POST /v1/answers`. The key (`Authorization: Bearer`) belongs on the server only. Errors are ProblemDetails with `code`, `traceId` and, for `validation_error`, also `detail` and `field`. Responses carry the `X-Request-Id` and `X-Quota-*` headers. ## Docs - [Implementation guide (Markdown)](https://zaia.cz/en/guide.md): the complete guide for AI coding agents, including curl, C# and PHP examples. - [Implementation guide (HTML)](https://zaia.cz/en/guide.html): the same content for humans. ## Optional - [Field definition helper](https://zaia.cz/en/fields.html): suggests fields from a sample JSON record. - [Playground](https://zaia.cz/en/playground.html): simulates API requests and responses with a test key in the browser. - [Postman collection](https://zaia.cz/AIAsistent.postman_collection.json): admin, tenant and health requests. - [Client library (PHP)](https://zaia.cz/clients/AiAsistentClient.php): single file, no dependencies. - [Client library (C#)](https://zaia.cz/clients/AiAsistentClient.cs): single file, BCL only. - [Home page](https://zaia.cz/en/): product overview. - [Česká verze tohoto souboru](https://zaia.cz/cs/llms.txt): llms.txt in Czech.
