Questions

What counts as a conversation?

One visitor conversation in the chat window counts as one, up to 20 messages. With the API, one call counts as one.

Do I need a developer?

No. Paste your web address, check the assistant on a preview of your own site and copy one line of code into your pages. Most store platforms let you do that in the settings.

Where does AIA get its answers?

Only from your product feed and the pages you allow. Each answer links to the products it used. If nothing matches, AIA says so.

Which platforms does it work with?

Any website. AIA reads a standard product feed or the pages of your site, so it works with WooCommerce, PrestaShop, Shoptet or your own solution.

What happens after the trial?

Your account moves to the Free plan with 100 conversations a month. Nothing is charged unless you choose a paid plan.
